Is this just a template website?
No. Every Bruxley site is custom-designed for your business, your industry, and your specific audience. We don't use page builders or pre-made templates.

What happens if I want to cancel?
You cancel. No penalty, no notice period beyond the current billing month. You own your domain. We export your content. Clean break.

Do I own the website?
Yes. You always own your domain and content. During the first 24 months, we fully manage, host, and support your site. After two years, the website is entirely yours. If you leave, we provide a complete export so you’re never locked in.

What if I need something updated?
Submit a request through your client portal. Updates are handled within 2–3 business days on Essentials, within 1 business day on Growth. Most requests (text changes, new photos, added pages) are included in your plan.

We already have a website. Can Bruxley replace it?
Yes, that's the most common situation. We assess your current site, build a replacement on our infrastructure, and you switch over when you're happy with it. Your old site stays live throughout the entire process.
